DIRECTIONS
INGREDIENTS
- 1 litre Original Almond Breeze
- 1/3 cup caster sugar (or use brown sugar to make more like porridge)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup uncooked rice
- Blueberries, to serve
- Honey, to serve
- Cinnamon, to serve
METHOD
- Combine almond milk, sugar and vanilla extract in saucepan. Bring to a simmer
- Add rice and cook, stirring occasionally for 40 minutes until rice is creamy
- Serve with blueberries, cinnamon and a drizzle of honey
