INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Breeze
- 1 cup flour
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup raspberries
- 2 cups strawberries
- 2 cups blueberries
- Maple syrup, to serve
METHOD
- Combine Unsweetened Almond Breeze, flour, baking powder, egg and baking soda in a bowl
- Heat non-stick pan to medium heat and spray with cooking oil
- Using a ladle, spoon mixture onto pan
- Sprinkle with blueberries, strawberries and raspberries and cover with additional batter
- When bubbles appear on the surface, flip with spatula and cook on alternate side
- Use remaining berries to decorate and drizzle with maple syrup
