DIRECTIONS
INGREDIENTS
- 200g porridge oats
- 600ml Unsweetened Almond Breeze
- 50g chopped walnuts
- 1 apple, peeled and cored
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
METHOD
- In a saucepan, add oats, Unsweetened Almond Breeze, walnuts and apples. Heat gently and continue to stir until mixture comes to the boil.
- Gently simmer for 5 minutes until oats thicken
- Spoon porridge into bowls and scatter with walnuts and cinnamon
