- 1 tbsp nut butter (choose your favourite)
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp golden syrup
- Pinch of salt
METHOD
- Blend ingredients until combined
