DIRECTIONS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Breeze
  • 1/4 cup ice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tsp honey

METHOD

  1. Blend blueberries with almond milk and ice until smooth
  2. Stir in cinnamon, Greek yoghurt and honey
  3. Fill popsicle moulds and freeze for minimum 3 hours
  4. Run under hot water for 30 seconds before removing from moulds
